What are the main characteristics of knitted interlining

Common types of knitted interlining are warp knitted interlining, weft-knitted interlining, and four-sided elastic interlining
Warp knitted interlining
The warp knitted interlining is also called double-sided elastic. The fabric manufacturing process is made by the process of crocheting the warp yarns into the weft direction. This process can make the warp-knitted interlining more elastic and softer, and the warp-knitted interlining is made of weft inserting. Warp knitting lining is mainly used. Its performance is similar to that of the woven lining. It has both good follow-up and good drape.
The manufacturing process of the weft-knitted lining fabric is the process of forming loops on the weft-knitting machine in the transverse direction and stringing the loops together. The weft-knitting lining is woven from nylon filaments. Good, mostly used for lining blouses.
The four-sided elastic interlining is a high-elastic interlining, and its base fabric is also called the warp and weft two-way stretch fabric. The raw material is made of polyester or spandex fiber, and the yarn is made by a circular knitting process. The four sides have elasticity in the warp and weft directions, and its main characteristics are high followability and soft hand feeling.
The performance of knitted interlining, knitted interlining is different from other interlinings, and its basic characteristics mainly include the following aspects:
1. Stretchability: The fabric (fabric) of the knitted lining is made of loops. When subjected to external force, the looping column and loop arc in the loop transfer, and it can recover after the external force disappears.
2. Breathability: The loop structure of knitted material can save more air because it has good breathability and is comfortable to wear.
3. Dispersibility: When the yarn of the knitted fabric breaks and the loop loses the connection between the string and sleeve, the loop will separate in a certain direction
4. Hemming: When the single jersey material is in a free state, there will be a wrapping phenomenon at the edge, which becomes hemming.
5. Hygroscopicity: The loop space of knitted material is large so that it has good moisture absorption and warmth retention.
6. Retractability: The length and width of knitted materials will shrink to a certain extent during cutting, bonding, and sewing.
