Enhancing Every Garment
Hair canvas supports the internal structure of tailored garments. For suit fronts, chest areas and lapels, select the material together with the outer fabric, pattern and target handfeel. The catalogue name does not replace the composition and construction of an individual model.
Review the UBL hair canvas product and specification table. Confirm fibre composition, weight, width, handfeel and construction. Where an order calls for sew-in canvas or another attachment method, confirm the exact material and assembly requirements.
A suit or tailored jacket can use different support materials in different areas. Compare woven fusible interlining and nonwoven interfacing for the relevant areas, and review under-collar felt, chest felt and sleeve heads as separate components.
Evaluate the sample in the actual garment construction. Check support, drape, visible impression and dimensional change under the intended pressing and care conditions. Agree the selected model and applicable requirements before bulk production.
Request hair canvas model information and samples with the fabric, garment area, required width, quantity and target handfeel.
