What is enzyme wash?

Clean water washing is to put some tap water to wash, to wash away the impurities and other chemical components on the cloth surface.
The effect of enzymes is slow. When using enzyme-added detergent, the clothes should be pre-soaked in an aqueous solution of enzyme-added detergent for a period of time, and then the clothes should be washed in the normal way. The pH value of the enzyme-added laundry detergent is generally not greater than 10, and it can fully exert its washing effect when the water temperature is 45~60℃; when the water temperature is higher than 60℃, the alkaline protease will lose its activity; when the water temperature is lower than 15℃, the enzyme activity Decrease rapidly, affecting the washing effect. When the temperature is lower than 40°C, the enzyme action is slow, but it is not easy to be destroyed and inactivated. Therefore, adding alkaline protease washing powder, the best washing temperature is 40 ~ 50 ℃.
Enzyme washing powder is very suitable for washing large items such as Enzyme Wash Series X , sheets, sheets and so on. It is not suitable for washing silk and wool fabrics. Once you do not pay attention to washing silk and wool protein fabrics with enzyme-added detergent, you should quickly rinse and dry. The activity of the enzyme in the enzyme laundry powder is an important indicator that affects the decontamination effect. Because enzyme activity represents the content of effective enzyme preparations and catalytic ability. General detergent plus alkaline protease is about 1000μ/g. In the national standard GB 13171-91, the enzyme activity of the enzyme-added laundry detergent needs to be ≥650μ/g. Enzyme washing is to add a chemical agent called enzyme when washing in water. This agent can make the fabric fluffy. However, please pay attention to the use of enzyme washing. The raw materials used in the fabric should be selected well, otherwise all yarns will be washed after washing. The defects inside will be reflected on the fabric. The fabrics washed with enzymes feel particularly plump and soft.
