What is the importance of using non-woven fabrics

Filter Fabrics are the medium for purification process in the industries. Filtration Fabric is a soft delicate, and several colored cloth which is used in the plant for filtration. These are categorized in the two categories. Woven and non woven.Woven Interlining are designed as sheet or web structure. Filter fabrics of this variety of cloth are bonded with each other by mechanically, thermally or chemically. These are flat, porous and as in the form of sheet. Non woven Filter fabrics are of short life, single-use fabric or a very durable fabric.

 

Non woven Filter fabrics have special features for example absorbent, liquid repellent, resilient, and stretch, softness, strength, frame retardant, washable, cushioning, filtering, bacterial barrier and sterility. These capabilities are often combined to create fabric proper for certain jobs, during achieving a good balance between product use-life and its cost. They can be identical as woven fabric in its pattern and strength and can be bulky as the thickest padding. They present a large range of solutions of various qualities in combination with other materials. They are used alone or as component of apparel items, home furnishing products, health care goods, engineering goods, industrial products and consumer commodities.

Usage of Non Woven Fabrics:

1- It is usually utilized as disposable nappies.
2-It is usually applied as sanitary napkins and tampons.
3-It can be utilized as sterile wraps, caps, gowns, masks and drappings
4-It is used in medical area. For instance surgical gowns, surgical equipments etc.
5-It is usually implemented as household and personal wipes.
6-It is usually utilized as laundry aids for example fabric dryer-sheet
7-It can be implemented as apparel interlining.
8-It can be employed as carpeting and upholstery fabrics, padding and backing.
9-It may be applied as wall covering in building construction.
10-It is usually utilized as agricultural covering and seed strips.
11-It may be applied as automotive headliner and upholstery filters.
12-It can be applied as envelopes.
13-It is usually implemented as tags, labels, insulation etc.
14-It may be used as house wraps and roofing goods.
15-It can be used as civil engineering material as a geotextile.
