High density needle felt is a non-woven interlining engineered through mechanical needle-punching, which interlocks fibers into a dense, resilient structure without the use of adhesives or chemical binders. This process gives the material excellent shape retention, resilience, and dimensional stability, making it a preferred choice for structural components in tailored garments.
At Jiaxing Rainbow (UBL) Interlining Co., Ltd, we manufacture high density needle felt for a range of critical applications, including under collar felt, sleeve head padding, and general-purpose felt used in shoulder construction and structural reinforcement. Each product is engineered to hold its form through repeated wear, pressing, and dry cleaning cycles, while remaining lightweight enough not to add bulk to the finished garment.
Fiber composition: Available in wool, wool-blend, and polyester fiber constructions, selected based on the balance of softness, resilience, and cost required for the application
