Enhancing Every Garment
Fusing performance depends on the selected interlining, shell fabric, adhesive and equipment. A fibre melting point or a general heat-resistance description does not establish a safe continuous operating temperature for a finished interlining.
Before production, confirm the model guidance and calibrate the press. Trial a representative fabric/interlining combination, allow it to cool, and assess adhesion, surface appearance, dimensional change and the intended care process. Adjust settings based on the trial rather than applying a single temperature or time to every fabric.
Contact UBL about the selected interlining model and application requirements.
