Enhancing Every Garment
Laminated nonwoven materials combine a nonwoven substrate with a film or another layer. Their properties depend on the fibre, film, bonding process and finished construction.
Compare materials against the same specification and intended use. Review basis weight, thickness, adhesion between layers, tensile behaviour and, where relevant, air or water permeability using suitable test methods and agreed acceptance criteria.
A simple blowing or hand-tearing demonstration does not establish overall product quality or suitability. Printing and lamination durability should be evaluated under the intended processing and service conditions.
Confirm the selected construction, verified performance, price and delivery arrangements before ordering. Contact UBL about the intended application and material requirements.
