Enhancing Every Garment
This page lists H7-series plain-woven models from 14 to 125 g/m². The table specifies a 60-inch width, 100% polyester base cloth, PA double-dot coating and the yarn/weave details for each listed model. Select a specific model rather than treating the full range as one specification.
The H7 range is presented for front panels, collars, sleeves, waistbands, plackets, pockets and reinforcement areas in jackets, windbreakers, overcoats and suits. Final suitability depends on the shell fabric and the required hand feel. Test the proposed model with the actual fabric before production.
The table displays a fusing reference of 120–140°C, 12–15 seconds and 1.5–2.5 kg/cm² for model H7190. This is a starting reference for that displayed row, not a universal setting for all H7 models, fabrics or presses. Confirm temperature at the bonding interface, time and pressure on the buyer’s own fusing machine, then evaluate adhesion, appearance, adhesive strike-through, hand feel and the intended care process.
For a sample recommendation, send the preferred model (if known), shell-fabric composition and weight, fabric finish or stretch, garment area, target hand feel, care process, required width and estimated quantity. Contact UBL for a fabric-matching discussion.

In modern shirt manufacturing, details define quality. Woven interlining plays a critical role in shaping, supporting, and enhancing garments, especially in high-quality shirts where appearance, comfort, and durability must coexist. At our company, we engineer woven interlining solutions that deliver consistent structure, refined aesthetics, and dependable performance across a wide range of shirt applications.
Woven interlining is a structural fabric used inside garments to provide shape, stability, and reinforcement. In shirts, it is primarily applied to areas that require firmness, dimensional stability, and a crisp appearance.
Our woven interlining is designed with precision weaving and controlled finishing to meet the demands of both mass production and premium shirt manufacturing.
Our woven interlining range is available in multiple specifications to support diverse shirt designs and market requirements.
All parameters can be adjusted based on customer fabric, garment construction, and end-use requirements.
Correct application is essential to achieve optimal performance from woven interlining.
Temperature: 130–160°C
Pressure: Medium to high
Time: 10–18 seconds
Note: Exact fusing parameters should be tested and optimized according to fabric type and production equipment.
We serve a broad range of professional customers across the global textile and apparel supply chain.
At our company, woven interlining is more than a supporting material—it is a foundation of garment quality.
